High altitude balloon at sunset - NASA PICTURE-C telescope mission Sep 28, 2019

Spotted on our walk last night:

NASA PICTURE-C high altitude telescope mission

I captured some video despite the wind blowing my big lens around (an inexpensive 500mm Opteka):

There was also a live stream from a camera on board the balloon. After dark I could see the lights of EspaƱola, Santa Fe and Albuquerque as well as lightning from storms. The balloon was around 120,000’ altitude when I first spotted it.
